The new and improved dates for 'Tube China 2004' - China International Tube & Pipe Trade Fair - are 22 - 25th September, at the Shanghai International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

The adjustment to this earlier date has been approved and welcomed by the major PRC sponsoring industry organisations as well as the Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic Relation and Trade Commission. International Tube Association (ITA) and all the western supporting associations in Europe and the USA have maintained their space bookings status, with some increases, and endorsed the adjustment as a more appropriate date, which for certain industry sector interests, avoids otherwise conflicting show dates in the USA.

Tube China 2004, 22-25 September, has already attained the support of national government supported group exhibits from Germany (supported by the VDKM), Italy (supported by the ACIMAF), Austria (supported by VODKM-AWCMA) and ITA. These same European national governments have extended their support to exhibitors at 'wire China 2004', which will be a large presentation, jointly organized by Messe Dusseldorf China and SECRI, and sponsored by IWMA, IWCEA (including VDKM, VODKM-AWCMA, IWCEA-France), ACIMAF, WCISA in adjacent halls on the same dates.

Recent events have proven the success and accessibility of the new world class SNIEC Halls to visitors from Shanghai and other Chinese provinces, with attendance records exceeding 39,000 at the premiere staging of a printing show, 'All In Print China 2003' exhibition. Similar visitor promotional activities supported by the Chinese partners and sponsors of 'wire China 2004' will be applied to its forthcoming success.
